- Application form will be sent to your email inbox
- Fill the application form and send to us by post or email along with the following documents
- Rental Agreement (if it is rental property) / Latest Property Tax Receipt (If it is own property) .
- Institutional Registration document (Company, Partnership, Proprietary, Private Ltd, Public Ltd, etc.,).
- Two Passport size photograph of the Applicant
- Affiliation Fee –DD or Online Payment Acknowledgement
